Design Notes
The XOR gate is synthesized by nesting the cis-trans potential Bxb1 integrase and Tp901 integrase sites, enclosing a terminator B0015 in between. to ensure the smooth operation of the XOR gate, we tested it using only the p7 promoter. The design of this part is based on 2015, Science, Drew Endy.
